How to get to Phuket
Getting to Phuket by air couldn’t be easier. Phuket is served by an international airport with a number of scheduled and charter flights from Europe and around Asia. However, the majority of visitors still fly to Bangkok first, where there are over a dozen domestic flights to Phuket daily. Flights from Bangkok take about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
On arrival, you can organize taxis, car rentals or minibuses from the arrival hall. There is an Airport Information Counter located on the first floor should you need any assistance.
Travelers take a taxi or car for about 15 minutes from Airport to MAIKHAO PALM BEACH RESORT. It costs around 600 Baht for the taxi fare.

If you require a visa to travel to Thailand for CGOM15 we will provide you with a letter of confirming your registration for the conference. Please follow the below steps:
- Register for the conference when registration opens
- Fully pay registration fees associated with this registration

When you have fully paid your registration, please contact us at cgom15@g.sut.ac.th by sending us the following information
- Nationality
- Full name as shown on passport
- Passport number
- Passport expiry date
- Date of birth
- Registration confirmation number (shown at the top of your confirmation email)
- When we receive all this information, we will email the letter directly to you.
